Stephen and Suzanne Scalise are the owners of Legacy Pool Designs, a family-owned pool building company based in the League City area.
Both graduates of Texas A&M University (Class of 2000), they built their business on a foundation of hard work, honesty, and personal involvement. Stephen built his first pool in South Shore Harbour in 2002 and has been dedicated to the craft ever since. Known for being detail-oriented and hands-on, he is actively involved in every phase of construction, ensuring each pool is built with precision and care.
Stephen and Suzanne both stay current with the latest advancements in the industry by attending pool conventions, trainings, and continuing education courses. This allows them to bring clients the most up-to-date equipment, design features, and construction practices available.
Suzanne brings a creative and client-focused approach to the business. With a background in journalism and a minor in business, along with additional design coursework, she has a strong eye for creating beautiful, cohesive outdoor spaces. She works closely with homeowners on design, selections, and communication, helping turn ideas into a finished space that feels both functional and elevated while keeping the entire process organized and transparent.

Logan is a senior at Texas A&M University, where he is studying Construction Science through the School of Architecture.
Throughout his time in college, he has been responsible for creating pool designs for Legacy Pool Designs clients using Structure Studios, bringing each customer’s vision to life through detailed 3D renderings.
Working alongside Stephen, Logan also assists with editing designs, reviewing surveys, and supporting the planning side of each project. His strong technical background and attention to detail play an important role in ensuring each design is both functional and well thought out.
